Mermaids, Witches & Water-Diviners

I never recovered from watching the 'Little Mermaid' as a kid. These images are my love letter to the great nostalgia I feel for the ocean, for the women in my life who have been my greatest teachers, to the water diviners, witches and sacred sirens who have not guided me to the rocks, as patriarchal legends would have you think, but rather led me to the divine. I am a body of water, porous and fluid, and move with the tides and the clouds.
